Most job boards wait to be fed. An employer remembers to post, or pays to syndicate, or a feed arrives on someone else’s schedule. What you end up searching is a copy of a copy, and the gap between a role opening and you seeing it is measured in days.
JobHabor works the other way around. We read employers’ own careers pages around the clock — Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby and two dozen more. When a company opens a role on its own board, we find it there.
Why that matters
Postings arrive sooner. There is no syndication step to wait for, and we check a busy board more often than a quiet one.
Closed roles leave faster. This is the half most boards ignore. A dead posting costs you an application, a wait and a silence — so we re-check postings and take down the ones that have closed, rather than leaving them to waste your time.
You get sent to the source. Every apply link goes to the employer’s own board. We do not sit between you and the company, we do not re-host applications, and we never sell your details to a recruiter — because we do not ask for them.
What we are careful about
A job board lives or dies on whether its filters tell the truth. If we cannot work out where a role is based, we would rather show it than quietly drop it from every location search — an unparsed field means we do not know, not not for you. The same principle runs through salary, seniority and category: filters narrow on what a posting actually said, not on what a parser guessed.
We are equally careful the other way. A posting we cannot confirm is still open comes down rather than being left up to look current.
What we are not
We are not a recruiter or an agency. We have no relationship with most of the employers whose postings appear here, we take no fee from them, and no posting is promoted because someone paid for it. What ranks is what is relevant and recent.

If you would rather your board were not indexed, write to contact@arbeitwithus.org from your company domain and we will remove it and stop crawling it. If your postings are showing something wrong, tell us — a field extracted incorrectly for your board is usually a bug we can fix for every employer on the same system.
