Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and ArbeitWithUs LLC (“we”) for the use of arbeitwithus.org. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What the service does

JobHabor indexes job postings that employers publish on their own careers pages and applicant-tracking systems, and lets you search them. We show you the posting and send you to the employer to apply.

We are not a recruiter, an agency, or the employer. We do not accept applications, we do not forward your CV, we play no part in any hiring decision, and we have no relationship with most of the employers whose postings appear here.

What we do not promise

Postings are gathered automatically from third-party pages. We work hard at freshness and accuracy, and we re-check postings continuously and remove those we find closed — but we cannot guarantee that a posting is still open, that its details are correct as published, or that the employer will respond to you. Verify anything that matters on the employer’s own page before you act on it.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Give us accurate details, keep them current, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One account is for one person; do not share it.

Free trial

A Pro subscription may start with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full Pro access and we do not charge you. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription continues and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Trials are one per person.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is billed in advance for each period at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. It renews automatically for further periods until you cancel. Payment is taken by our payment providers; we do not handle your card details.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-periods except where the law requires it.

If we change the price we will tell you before it applies to you, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and nothing in these terms removes it. To withdraw, write to contact@arbeitwithus.org within that period. Where you have asked us to begin the service immediately and it has been fully performed, that right may end earlier — the free trial is designed so you can decide before any money changes hands.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract postings, or attempt to rebuild the index;
• circumvent any limit, meter or access control, or use an account to serve people who do not have one;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• use the service unlawfully, or to harass anyone named in a posting.

We may rate-limit, suspend or close an account that does any of this. If you want bulk or programmatic access, ask us at contact@arbeitwithus.org — there may be a way to say yes.

Content and ownership

The site, its design and the way the index is assembled and presented belong to us. The postings themselves belong to the employers who published them and are shown here for the purpose of helping people find work. Trade marks and logos belong to their owners; their presence here is not an endorsement of us by them, or of them by us.

Removal requests

Employers may have a posting or an entire board removed from the index, and individuals named in a posting may have that reference removed. Write to contact@arbeitwithus.org. See also our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunities or earnings, or for anything arising from your dealings with an employer. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially affects you and you have a subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
