Design, code, test, debug, modify, and document moderately complex applications
Mentor and coach development staff
Provide guidance and training to ensure standards and best practices are followed
Contribute to development standards, guidelines, and processes for continuous improvement
Act as a point of contact for technical leadership and questions
Convert concepts and ideas into solutions through detailed specifications
Analyze, design, and modify existing business applications and processes
Diagnose and resolve problems in maintenance and support of business applications
Operate in a complex product and business environment managing multiple requests
Work independently and maintain focus on priority tasks
Collaborate with business and management teams to develop efficient plans and processes
Partner with end-users and technical staff to diagnose and resolve problems

5 or more years of progressively responsible development experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with reporting services through SSRS
Experience pulling data from multiple databases (SQL Server, Workday, etc) into dashboards or reports
Prior experience using a software configuration management system, bug-tracking system, and business object frameworks
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products
Customer support, systems analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving, and listening skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and attentiveness to detail
Ability to convert concepts and ideas into finished solutions through collaboration with business users
Ability to manage projects in a full lifecycle environment
Good understanding of, and some experience with, web services

Familiarity with testing or development in business process management software environments
Experience working in an SaaS environment
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
