Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Special Projects and Data Analyst to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and maintain robust recruiting analytics that provide leadership with actionable insights to improve talent acquisition performance.
- Drive data-informed workforce planning by aligning hiring demand forecasts with recruiter capacity and operational priorities.
- Improve decision-making through the delivery of meaningful talent intelligence, labor market insights, and performance reporting.
- Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustainable adoption.
- Strengthen reporting accuracy by establishing data governance practices and ensuring consistency across regional and global metrics.
- Evaluate recruiting process effectiveness by measuring quality, speed, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and cost outcomes.
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities by analyzing sourcing, coordination, and service delivery metrics across recruiting operations.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support organizational talent objectives.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex workforce, recruiting, and operational data into clear insights that influence business decisions and strategy.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leading initiatives from planning through execution.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, enabling effective collaboration with leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution while driving continuous improvement and measurable results.
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive in a data-driven and evolving business environment.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related to the 30% or equivalent experience are preferred.
- Preferred experience in recruiting analytics, workforce planning, Talent Acquisition operations, or HR program management within a complex organizational environment.
- Utilize advanced data analytics, reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence approaches to uncover trends, forecast demand, and drive strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain self-service dashboards, performance metrics, and operational reporting frameworks that enhance transparency and decision-making.
- Apply strong human resources consulting and business process execution capabilities to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve operational agility.
- Leverage talent market intelligence and workforce data to support hiring strategies, organizational planning, and long-term talent pipeline development.
- Partner effectively with leadership teams, HR functions, and external providers to evaluate service performance, identify risks, and implement sustainable improvements.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data stewardship by maintaining reporting integrity, definitional consistency, and governance standards across multiple data sources.
- Lead special projects involving process transformation, operating model evaluation, and organizational change, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder alignment.
- Preferred proficiency with digital reporting tools, analytics platforms, and technology solutions that support recruiting effectiveness and business performance measurement.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and results orientation while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
