At Anyone AI, we upskill people from LatAm to solve the AI talent gap through an accelerated and practical training program dictated by AI industry experts. Our mission

We aim to supply the demand of 100,000 AI/ML developers in the next 10 years, from LatAm to international markets, with focus on the US.

We are founding members of Deep Vision AI, one of the first companies in the computer vision / AI space, which was acquired in early 2020 by DFW Capital Partners. About the Role

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new designs for educational content for our training programs, website, presentations, email marketing, brochures, or other sales materials.
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Test for intuitivity and user experience and make improvements to increase user engagement.
• Communicate with internal clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Create UX/UI prototypes for new product ideas.
• The primary tools you will use are Figma, Framer, Claude Design.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or related study in graphic design, UX/UI.
• 2+ years of experience in graphics design, hands-on experience in design, ideally EdTech.
• Strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
• Thrive in a quick, dynamic environment with an iterative development process.
• Excellent team player that builds trust internally and with our users, customers and partners.
• Highly analytical and data-driven individual.
• Able to work independently and make decisions in real-time.
• Strong work ethic and a "get-the-job-done" attitude in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across many functions and with different teams within the organization.
• Highly effective and professional communication skills with a track record of communicating complex processes to entry-level or junior team members and helping them thrive in their work environments.
