IT Director - Data Warehouse

The IT Director - Data Warehouse leads the enterprise data warehousing, reporting and analytics function, delivering accurate, timely and well-governed data to business, Finance and Risk partners. Accountable for team leadership, data governance and master data management standards, and hands-on oversight of day-to-day reporting and analytics delivery.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leads and develops the data warehousing, reporting and analytics team, owning delivery and prioritization.
• Partners with business, Finance and Risk leaders to translate needs into trusted reporting and analytics.
• Owns data governance and master data management standards, including data quality, lineage and stewardship.
• Ensures timely, controlled delivery of regulatory, management and operational reporting.
• Stays hands-on in solution design and SQL/ETL review while driving platform modernization.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading technical teams in support of data warehouse solutions
• Expertise in data analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Advanced knowledge and experience with ETL processes
• Strong SQL skills
• Prior experience with MDM solutions and Data Quality tools

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred
