• 5-8 years of .NET & ASP.Net experience
• Strong DB design and programming skills
• Strong IPC (Inter process communication) and web services skills
• 1 or more years of Azure experience [Web & Worker roles, Azure Service Bus with Topics/Queues, SQL Azure, Session management]
• Very good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide other Team members
