Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and clarify requirements.
Support the process with ad-hoc data analysis and exploration.
Document detailed functional requirements and create user stories for back-end development in Microsoft Fabric and front-end development in Power BI.
Partner with developers and data engineers to decompose tasks and track progress through Agile sprints.
Assist with testing and validation of Power BI reports and underlying data models.
Write and execute complex SQL queries and conduct follow on analysis in Excel or other platforms.
Work with data from multiple systems, including TrackWise, ComplianceQuest, and SAP, integrated into Microsoft Fabric.
Support production issues related to existing reports and data pipelines.

3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in data and analytics projects.
Strong communications skills via oral briefing and written documentation.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries with multiple joins, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), and aggregate functions for data validation and analysis.
Experience with Power BI and understanding of semantic models and data views including experience designing new reports or modifying existing reports.
Ability to work with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Familiarity with SAP data structures, particularly with FI/CO (Finance & Controlling) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
Knowledge of ComplianceQuest, Salesforce and/or TrackWise data structures.
Experience building an AI bot or data structures to support AI.
