Position Overview
Cleint is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Application Developer to join the Information Technology Division (ITD) supporting the Judicial Partner Application (JPA) platform.
JPA is a mission-critical enterprise application that enables secure information exchange between the client and its external justice partners while supporting the modernization of court technology across the state.
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications that support judicial business operations.
Working within an Agile development environment, the developer will collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications supporting the Judicial Partner Application (JPA) platform.
Develop new application features while enhancing and supporting existing functionality.
Build scalable RESTful Web APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and reusable code following enterprise development standards.
Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
Troubleshoot application defects, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
Develop optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects supporting enterprise applications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, accessibility, and security standards.
