Define and lead technical roadmaps, ensuring scalable, high-performance systems

7+ years of software engineering experience
Track record of leading technical work on complex, high-scale systems
Deep experience designing scalable, performant architectures
Experience making technology decisions that hold up as a product and team grow
High bar for code quality, design, and implementation
Ability to raise the bar in a way that brings people along
Comfortable in ambiguity
Ability to define a technical roadmap from a business goal
Ability to identify what's missing
Ability to drive alignment without all answers upfront
