DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a hands-on engineer with a solid networking background to join our Global Infrastructure team. You'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our enterprise network, cloud networking, VPN connectivity, and

Zscaler

environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on troubleshooting, operational support, and continuous improvements while working closely with Infrastructure and Security teams.

Strong English communication skills are important, as you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Participate in the teams’ on call rotation.
• Act as 3rd line support for networking, VPN, cloud networking, and Zscaler related incidents and service requests.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN connectivity and Zscaler services.
• Support networking in AWS and Azure, including VPC/VNet connectivity and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and work with other teams to resolve incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and operational excellence within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VPN solutions, including IPsec VPN, site-to-site VPN, and remote access VPN.
• Understanding of VPN authentication, certificates, encryption, and secure connectivity.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure, including VPC/VNet, routing, VPN connectivity, and general cloud networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues across premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), either supporting the platform, maintaining it, or participating in a migration. This is a key requirement for the role.
• Good understanding of networking best practices and basic security concepts.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto or Cisco.
• Experience with office and branch networking, including solutions such as Cisco Meraki.
• Experience with hybrid networking.
• Familiarity with Terraform or network automation.
• Experience with SASE technologies.
