We are looking for a skilled and motivated

IC3 Full Stack Developer

to join our engineering team and help design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to build user-focused applications and services that solve real business problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment, takes ownership of assigned features, writes clean and maintainable code, and actively contributes to improving engineering practices.

This role is well suited for a developer who has strong hands-on experience with modern web application development, APIs, databases, cloud-native services, and agile delivery. You will be expected to independently deliver well-defined features, troubleshoot technical issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the reliability, performance, and security of the applications you support.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring strong performance, accessibility, and usability.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Work with databases, data models, and queries to support application functionality and reporting needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, clarify technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Follow secure coding standards, development best practices, CI/CD processes, and agile delivery methods.

Support production applications by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing reliable fixes.

Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
