Must have requirements

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Database Administrator, or similar role.
Familiar with various operating systems and platforms including Debian Linux.
Familiar with deployment/configuration/management solutions, e.g. SaltStack, Puppet or Chef.
Familiar with virtualization tools (Docker).
Database management (MySQL, column based databases).
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery ▪ Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

Nice to have requirements

Knowledge and experience in the most common big data projects (Kafka, Redis, Hadoop, Druid, Elastic, ClickHouse etc.)
Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Ability to create scripts in Bash, PHP and Python, Perl or other scripting language(s)
Experience with networks (WiFi, LAN, WAN) is a plus
Professional certification is a plus

Skills
