We are hiring a Lead Product Analysts for the Business Account Management Team
- The Business Account Management Team is responsible for one of our most critical product areas: Multi-User Access (MUA). - Derive actionable insights from data to drive the team's strategy and inform product decisions.
- Establish clear goals, define measurable KPIs, and develop compelling narratives to help your team understand their progress.
- Identify & evaluate high impact opportunities, find ways to support & accelerate or identify and advocate for better alternatives
- Ensure accurate, impactful, fast decision making with high quality analysis, raising the bar for a/b testing and helping us to iterate faster.
- Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self-serve.
- Take ownership of complex cross-team projects to help unblock critical product decisions, this could range from tactical decisions to control fraud & chargeback risk to strategic decisions on the right pricing (models) for our products.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills.
- You’re an expert in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries to transform large complex datasets)
- You have experience building and owning automated data pipelines with tools like DBT/Airflow
- Experimentation & Statistics: Experience running A/B tests and analysing the results to drive product decisions
- Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen, triage requests by impact and you know when and how to adapt analysis scope to achieve 80/20 results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communicator - you cut through the noise, communicating what matters in a way that people get it. You’re an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power.
- Influence: You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are collaborative, you know how to influence using data and when to say yes or no to maximise impact. You have a bias to action - you identify what needs to be done and make it happen.
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- Prior experience in the B2B space understanding business customers' financial and expense management needs.
- Familiarity with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis, or regulatory compliance within the FinTech space.
