Execute DCPerf and other industry-standard benchmarks across all generations of servers in datacenter
Gather, analyze, and report benchmark results together with the relevant performance, micro-architecture, and power data
Develop and maintain DCPerf's open-source installation flow and both internal and GitHub CI/CD pipelines
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests in DCPerf, and continuously improve test coverage
Develop and maintain DCPerf's automation and result-reporting pipelines
Drive DCPerf containerization to further reduce the operational burden for DCPerf's internal and external users

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of industry experience in software development
Strong coding, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
Proficiency with Linux command-line tooling, including basic coreutils and performance-analysis / function-profile tracing tools
Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization
Experience with CI/CD, Git tooling, and container development (such as Docker or Kubernetes)
Basic knowledge of computer systems and CPU architecture

Experience and fluency with AI-assisted coding tools (such as Codex or Claude Code)
Intermediate-to-expert knowledge of computer systems and CPU architecture, and/or prior industry experience in a relevant area
Proficiency in C/C++
Cross-team collaboration skills
