Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and develop .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC) following clean architecture and SOLID principles
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with enterprise and ERP systems
• Own full delivery — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure stability and uptime
• Mentor team members and enforce coding standards, documentation, and sign-off processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve existing systems
• Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage deliverables with ownership and accountability

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments
• Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper)
• Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

PREFERRED

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
• ERP system exposure — IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage
• GitLab for source control and team collaboration
• BI or reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent)
