Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

• Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, with the ability to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems, define solutions, and translate business needs into effective system designs.
• Highly skilled in developing comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and user guides.
• In-depth understanding of legacy and modern systems to support analysis, integration, and alignment of solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead specification development and create detailed test cases and supporting artifacts to ensure successful implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong presentation and facilitation skills, including leading meetings, delivering demos, and effectively presenting findings and solutions to stakeholders.
