Own technical strategy and architecture for go-to-market stack
Design and build production-grade AI agents and automated workflows
Lead technical execution across initiatives of varying sizes
Remain hands-on throughout the software lifecycle
Partner with Sales and Sales Strategy & Operations to translate business problems into technical solutions
Establish patterns and guardrails for reliable, observable, secure AI systems
Define success measures and use data to improve accuracy and adoption
Make build-versus-buy decisions and guide integrations
Build alignment with senior partners and raise engineering standards through mentorship

12+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with Master's, or PhD with 5 years
Experience setting technical direction and delivering complex, business-critical systems
Experience designing, building, and operating production software using large language models, AI agents, tool calling, retrieval, workflow orchestration
Track record of moving AI capabilities from prototype to production
AI-native approach to engineering, using AI tools throughout development
Strong software engineering and system-design skills across application, service, integration, and data layers
Experience leading technical execution through influence, mentorship, and architecture
Judgment to navigate ambiguous problems and influence senior partners

Familiarity with sales processes or go-to-market systems such as lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, account planning, or CRM platforms
