JOB DUTIES

• Support for activities (including but not limited to Manufacturing Month, strategy meetings, CSR, Annual Party, T&A );
• Support data statistics (including but not limited to job certification, training, Employee information, recognition summary );
• Support all communications channel switch management.(Including AEM/ APS SharePoint/APS Weekly news/TV/Signage updates, etc.);
• Support recruiting, onboard, Job-change, re-org, contract renew, termination, retire process materials preparation;
• Support other tasks assigned by the leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College or university degree related to Computer Science , or Human Resources Management, is required;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good at AI,office 365 software like Excel/PPT/Word/SharePoint/Power APP preferred;
• 3-5 days per week on work is required.
