Deploy, administer, and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
Provide Level II and Level III support for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, endpoint, and cloud-related issues
Manage technical projects from planning through completion
Support ITSM best practices including incident and change management
Partner with cybersecurity leadership to support security initiatives and incident response
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering
Advanced scripting and automation skills
Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or JavaScript
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
Experience providing advanced support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Solid foundation in networking, servers, and enterprise IT environments
Experience with ITSM processes, ticketing platforms, and change management
