Must-Have Skills

Salesforce Platform Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience designing and configuring: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Knowledge Base, Queues, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Entitlements and SLAs
• Understanding of Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.

Development Skills

• Strong Apex development experience.
• Expertise in: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce APIs: REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, Platform Events

Automation & Integration

• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with:ERP systems, Marketing Automation platforms, Contact Center solutions, Third-party applications
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

Development Best Practices

• Experience with Git-based source control.
• CI/CD and DevOps understanding.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Unit testing and deployment management expertise.

Good-to-Have Skills (Advanced Use Cases)

• Advanced Salesforce Capabilities like integration with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration.
• Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities.
• Agentforce implementation exposure.
• AI-powered case routing and service automation.
• Predictive lead scoring and opportunity insights.

Service Transformation

• Omnichannel service orchestration.
• Intelligent case routing and workforce optimization.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on Salesforce Developer who can independently build, customize, and integrate Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions while supporting business teams in optimizing sales effectiveness, customer service operations, and CRM-driven customer experiences. The candidate should be comfortable working across configuration, customization, integration, and platform development.
