• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure, including Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba networking, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies, ensuring high availability and security.
• Administer and troubleshoot network services such as DNS, DHCP, and IPAM using Infoblox, and support telephony platforms including VoIP, SIP, and Genesys CX.
• Automate network operations and infrastructure management using Python, Ansible, GitHub, and other scripting/programming tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network incidents, service requests, and change activities through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow while adhering to SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and business requirements.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer).
