Position - Exchange Systems Analyst

100% onsite in Tarrytown, NY (about 25-30 miles north of Manhattan).

6.5 month contract to hire.

1st will be over the phone. 2nd will be in person.

Handle Level 2 and Level 3 incident tickets assigned in Service Now.
Provide Day to Day Steady State support for the existing Exchange 2007 and 2013 messaging environments.
MUST have 10 years of experience with Exchange.
Handle P1 & P2 incidents via on-call for outside normal business hours
