Shift Timings - Rotatable shifts(1PM - 10PM/4:30PM - 1:30 AM)

Need a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 4+ years of experience and should be able to resolve ongoing production issues related to

• Multiple Call Reports
• Email Functionality from Salesforce to Lotus Notes
• Designing new Report.
• Should have (Admin + Developer) experience with APEX programming knowledge
• Flexible to work in any shift depending on client requirement
• Should be able handle top management Sales & Marketing and Quality team
• Serves as a liaison between Business and IT for support & enhancements which include Requirement gathering, Solution development, Testing, and Deploying the solution to production
• Good in analytical experience and understanding internal IT processes
• Candidate should be very strong in communication, presentation, and consulting skills
• Working under global environment and a chemical industry client is a plus
