Senior C++ Engineer – Trading Systems & Market Connectivity

Job Description

• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance C++ applications for trading systems and market connectivity.
• Build and maintain market connectivity components, including market data handlers and exchange connectivity solutions.
• Develop resilient, scalable, and low-latency systems to support business-critical trading operations.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code, following software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
• Experience building trading systems, market connectivity, market data platforms, or exchange connectivity solutions.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, networking, and socket programming.
• Experience developing on Linux environments.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol or proprietary exchange protocols is highly preferred.
• Experience in investment banking, brokerage, electronic trading, or crypto trading environments is an advantage.
• Python scripting experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
