Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • B2+ English level

Experience

  • Experience creating clear and impactful data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in implementing and tuning models, such as regression, classification, clustering, and decision trees.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analysis methodologies, including statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
  • Strong skills in SQL for data querying, data manipulation, and data extraction from relational databases.
  • A solid understanding of data concepts, data collection, data management, and the ability to interpret charts, reports, and visualizations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Strong skills in using SAS for data analysis, statistical modeling, and data management.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational database management systems, including the ability to design, query, and optimize databases.
  • The ability to approach complex problems with a logical and analytical mindset, applying appropriate methods and techniques.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and identify anomalies or inconsistencies in datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to collect and clean data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and insights from complex datasets.
  • Create clear and visually appealing data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive reports that summarize data analysis results and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Interpret data findings and translating them into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to drive business objectives.
  • Conduct quality checks on data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and techniques to enhance data analysis skills and stay at the forefront of the field.
