Main responsibilities

• Perform technical interventions on the road;
• Repair, installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment at the customer's premises; (computers, POS, printers, etc.)
• Communication with customers;
• Preparation and organization of documentation required for service calls;
• Training / certification required by our clients to assist in the calls;
• Be available evenings and weekends for emergencies;
• Inventory management.

Conditions of employment

• Must have a car and a driver's license;
• Be open to perform clearances and certifications.
• No criminal record. A background check will be conducted.
• Available night and weekend for emergency call.
