its common libraries and frameworks (JS

SolidJS, React, Vue, Angular)

Has intermediate understanding in

(a) database models - NoSQL & RDBMS

(b) caching - Redis, Memcached

(c) message queues - MQ, NATS, Kafka

bility to search and drive technology adoption & innovation:

Has intermediate ability to breakdown user-stories into technical

requirements/designs

Has basic understanding on technical-debt & defining technical roadmap

Ability to communicate and coordinate a group of individuals towards a

common goal

Has good good initiative, intermediate-level skills in communication &

coordination
