Lead and drive large, complex projects from conception to delivery
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code across the full technology stack
Lead technical discussions with Product and Design teams to architect solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers
Define, evolve, and champion coding standards, best practices, and design principles
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system reliability issues
Research and evaluate emerging technologies
Serve as a technical mentor and force multiplier for engineers
Drive and lead architectural discussions
Solve highly complex technical challenges spanning performance, scalability, security, and system design
Partner closely with Product teams to design features from concept through production
Lead initiatives to improve developer experience
Collaborate with stakeholders, c-suite, and cross-functional teams
Champion shipping in small, complete vertical slices
Lead incident response efforts and champion a culture of accountability

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
Seven or more years of full stack software development in a Saas or technology-driven environment
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue)
Strong front end experience (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
Strong back-end / API experience (.NET Core)
Deep understanding of SQL databases and data modeling best practices
Familiarity with Agile framework and methodologies
A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts

hands-on experience integrating third-party platforms such as payments (e.g., Stripe), CRM, marketing, or identity providers - including their APIs, webhooks, and event models
experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
familiarity with containerization and orchestration
a strong understanding of monitoring and logging tools
a passion for improving the developer workflow
experience with tooling automation, building internal frameworks or libraries, and improving developer documentation
