Implement and Support InEight’s applications in Azure utilizing IaaS and PaaS Services
Proactively identify and reduce issues by designing, testing, and implementing software-based solutions
Drive efficiencies through software improvement and root cause analysis resulting in service delivery, maturity, and scalability
Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems
Adhere to company security policies and effectively control access to data
Maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, automation, trouble tickets, network configurations, hardware/software inventory, and audit requests
Perform systems monitoring and alert remediation
Work an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

Minimum 10-year experience in the IT field or in a related discipline
Minimum 6-year experience working in a software development environment
Minimum 4-year experience working in Azure or AWS cloud
Minimum 4-year scripting experience
Minimum 3-year Azure DevOps experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
Must possess the ability to direct and act as a resource for less experienced team members and relay necessary information as appropriate
Familiar with automation concepts
