Position description and responsibilities for the Data Scientist position:

• Someone with both statistical modeling experience and technical, engineering skills
• Experienced in Healthcare, and decidedly “hands-on” and not just theoretical.
• Experience or proficiency using statistical modeling tools (e.g. R, Matlab, AML etc.)
• Bring not just an analytics-orientation, but the ability to use analytics to drive key success metrics.

Experience, Position Requirements, Responsibilities

• Proven mastery of analysis and development of models in the Healthcare industry
• Relevant degree or deep experience in data analysis or Computer Science
• Minimum five to seven years professional experience

Personal Attributes and Characteristics

• Flexible and resourceful, with a figure-it-out-and-get-it-done mentality; not afraid to make mistakes quickly and course-correct
• Exemplary written and oral skills. Comfortable presenting at the CxO level.
