Key Responsibilities

Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing for ServiceNow ITOM applications.

Validate Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB implementations.

Test integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring/third-party tools.

Ensure CMDB data quality, reconciliation, CI relationships, and data integrity.

Execute backend data validation using SQL or other query languages.

Log, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with development, platform, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

5+ years of ServiceNow Testing experience.

Hands-on expertise in

ServiceNow ITOM

Discovery

Service Mapping

Event Management

CMDB

Strong experience in Functional, Integration, Regression & End-to-End Testing.

CMDB data validation, reconciliation, CI relationship testing, and data integrity validation.

Experience testing ServiceNow integrations with monitoring and third-party tools.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationship models.

Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation.

Experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

ITIL / ITSM knowledge

ITOM–ITSM integration experience

Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools integrated with ServiceNow

Agile / Scrum methodology experience

ServiceNow CSA/CIS or ITOM certifications
