Responsibilities

Provide reactive support and stabilization for manufacturing OT network environments

Troubleshoot remote access solutions, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and network connectivity issues

Collaborate with IT teams on issues that span both domains

Review and maintain network documentation, device inventories, and site diagrams

Identify opportunities for proactive network monitoring and future support improvements

Required

Extensive experience with OT management of networking (10+ years)

Experience troubleshooting Ewon or similar industrial remote access solutions

Demonstrated ability to support OT/industrial network environments, particularly in manufacturing settings

Understanding of IT/OT boundary issues and adept at differentiating network problems from control system issues
