principles</strong>, MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Conditional Access policies across Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)</li> <li>Drive <strong>intelligent IT automation</strong> by building <p><strong>The Experience You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Endpoint Management Expertise:</strong> 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience — device compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, and endpoint security baselines across multi-OS environments</li> <li><strong>Identity & Access Management:</strong> 5+ years of Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD) experience with deep expertise in Zero Trust, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access architecture</li> <li><strong>IT Automation:</strong> Strong scripting and automation proficiency in <strong>PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API</strong> to optimise and scale identity and endpoint operations</li> <li><strong>Cloud Infrastructure:</strong> Solid understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure components relevant to identity, security, and endpoint operations in enterprise environments</li> <li><strong>Cross-Platform Identity:</strong> Working knowledge of <strong>Okta</strong> (SSO, identity federation, user provisioning) and <strong>Google Workspace</strong> administration including security settings and device management</li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Experience producing audit-ready compliance reporting, endpoint health dashboards, and security documentation for senior stakeholders</li> <li><strong>Collaboration &
