5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior QA role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development environments.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Experience with API testing tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira).
Basic proficiency in programming or scripting languages used for automation.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Lead and mentor QA engineers while actively participating in testing activities.
Define and implement QA strategies, testing standards, and quality processes.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
Oversee manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
Ensure comprehensive coverage through regression, integration, and API testing.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
Improve test automation coverage and testing workflows.
Monitor product quality metrics and continuously improve QA practices.
