Design software solutions that create meaningful change for clients
Write clean and iterative code to deliver a powerful end result
Work as a full stack developer on frontend, backend, cloud and AI-related areas
Write clean and iterative code using practices like TDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, SOLID principles, OO design and AI-assisted tools
Use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed and reliability
Work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences
Learn, digest and apply the latest technology thinking to solve client problems
Tackle a variety of challenges across industries, collaborating with diverse teammates

Experience using one or more development languages (Java, Python, JavaScript or C#)
Understanding of prompt engineering and effective use of AI tools during software development
Adopt an AI-first mindset: thoughtfully using AI to accelerate learning, improve productivity and create better solutions
Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
Experience building projects that leverage Generative AI, LLMs, or AI APIs
Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs
Strong computer science fundamentals (e.g., Data structures, algorithms, database fundamentals)
Less than 2 years of professional experience working on a tech role, excluding internship
Demonstrate initial knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (e.g., can define encapsulation) and are learning its basic concepts with some hands-on experience
Can write code that is readable, maintainable and extensible, and you are aware of the importance of tests
Aware of the technical ecosystem where code and artifacts run (infrastructure, runtime, web architecture, operating systems)
Work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

Exposure to machine learning, LLM fundamentals, agentic AI development, and AI-assisted software tools
