Guide clients on optimizing their data environment
Develop system engineering, integrations, and architectures
Implement and advise on data warehouse solutions, ETL pipelines, and BI reporting tools
Develop data models to capture client's KPIs and data transformations
Teach technical data modeling concepts to various audiences
Manage technical teams of up to 4-6 people
Assign staff with appropriate skill sets to projects

5 to 8 years of work experience in data analytics or data engineering
Minimum of 1 year leading projects
Experience managing internal employees
Exposure to developer tools/workflow (e.g., git/github, SSH) and command line environments
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, JIRA, ASANA)
Experience with the AWS, Google Cloud ecosystem (BigQuery, Redshift)
Proficiency with business visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI) or Snowflake experience with data warehousing and using Snowflake. Experience optimizing database/query performance. Proficiency with Python and advanced SQL
