Lead and participate in IT infrastructure projects, including design, deployment, and maintenance of server systems, cloud services, and virtualization platforms
Oversee deployment of IT infrastructure components, including Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments
Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security
Work with the architecture team to design and implement scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions
Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans
Script in PowerShell for automation of routine tasks and configuration management
Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC principles and tools like Terraform
Participate in Agile workflow methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Set up monitoring systems and tools to ensure performance, availability, and reliability
Respond to IT infrastructure-related issues and provide timely resolution
Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex problems
Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and security metrics

Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
Experience with Azure cloud services, including setup, configuration, and management
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, such as Intune (Endpoint Manager), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM), and the Microsoft stack in Azure
Experience with Veeam backup and replication solutions, including setup, configuration, and management
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/projects effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with enterprise-level monitoring platforms (Datadog, Site24x7, etc.)
Experience in a healthcare environment
Experience with server administration and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 services
Familiarity with Terraform and DevOps practices
Understanding of Agile workflow methodologies
