Senior Security Compliance Specialist

Akamai's Information Security Team within Security Compliance is looking for a creative, detail-oriented problem-solver to help operationalize and mature our GRC platform and processes. You will work with members of the Security Compliance Team along with business stakeholders to support the GRC tool improvements and to operationalize and mature the program.

The Security Compliance team helps product teams meet security compliance needs for both customers and the public.

As a Senior Security Compliance Specialist , you will be responsible for:

• Specialising in the Akamai GRC tool, ensuring its operationalisation as a subject matter expert
• Developing and implementing GRC strategies, monitoring compliance metrics, and analysing workflows to optimise efficiency
• Partnering with ServiceNow architects, shaping GRC solutions, and empowering users through expert system training

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will

• Have extensive experience in the information security or related field
• Have experience with a GRC tool, such as ServiceNow IRM
• Have a solid understanding of Risk and Control frameworks
• Have a desire to improve information security and have a learning mindset
• Have experience collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between GRC initiatives and business objectives
