SmartDev is building a dedicated Creatio practice to deliver enterprise CRM programmes for banks and other regulated institutions. We are hiring systems analysts who will work as no-code configurators — and we fund your Creatio Academy certification to get you there.
This is not a role where you write a specification and hand it to a developer. You build the working system yourself, inside the platform: sections and objects, reference data, business processes in the BPMN designer, dynamic cases, Freedom UI screens, access rights and dashboards. You demo what you built to the client directly. On a low-code programme, analysts deliver the majority of the functionality, and the development team is reserved for the problems that genuinely need code.
That makes your judgement commercially important. Every time you find a way to meet a requirement with configuration instead of custom development, you protect the client's upgrade path and the project's margin. Knowing where that line sits — and being able to make the case for it in front of the business — is the core skill of this job.
- Configure sections, objects, reference data and the product catalogue for retail, corporate, Islamic and private banking business lines.
- Design and build end-to-end business processes in the BPMN designer, plus dynamic case flows for leads, referrals and opportunities.
- Build Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards and reports that relationship managers actually want to use.
- Configure roles, organisational structure, record- and field-level access rights — a first-class discipline in a banking context, not a checkbox.
- Take part in fit-gap workshops: capture requirements from business SMEs, translate them into use cases, and flag where the product already solves the problem.
- Build proof-of-concept screens and demos for client gates and presales.
- Write and maintain the configuration documentation, and support SIT and UAT on what you built.
- Work with the solution architect and developers on the boundary between configuration and custom development.
- 3–5 years as a systems or business analyst on enterprise system implementations (CRM, ERP, BPM, ECM). Implementation experience specifically — not support, not data analytics.
- BPMN at design level, not reading level. You can model an end-to-end process with gateways, parallel branches, timers and escalation — and explain why you modelled it that way.
- Relational data modelling fundamentals: tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups, normalisation.
- Hands-on configuration experience on any low-code, CRM or BPM platform — Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C or similar. The platform matters less than the instinct to configure before you code.
- Experience configuring role models and access rights.
- Direct client-facing experience: running workshops, demoing your work, capturing and confirming requirements.
- Technical literacy without needing to be a developer: you can read a SQL query, understand REST APIs and JSON, and check a log.
- English at B2 or above — the client is an international bank and the platform documentation and training are in English.
Nice to have
- Creatio experience or Creatio Academy certification.
- Banking or financial services domain knowledge.
- Experience at a systems integrator delivering to corporate clients.
- QA background on implementation projects — process knowledge from the testing side transfers well.
- UX sensibility for business applications: you care whether the screen you built is usable, not just complete.
- Bilingual or RTL interface experience.
What we offer
- Fully funded Creatio Academy certification (No-Code Analyst, plus Freedom UI and mobile workshops) — a credential that is scarce in this market and stays with you.
- A founding seat in a new practice: you help set how it works rather than inherit someone else's standards.
- An international enterprise banking programme as your first project, with direct client exposure from the start.
- A clear growth path — no-code configurator to senior analyst to low-code solution architect — with the certification track to support it.
- Competitive compensation, hybrid working, and a senior engineering organisation with regulated-industry delivery credentials (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
Benefits
- International working environment with AI-driven strategic direction.
- 20 days of annual leave – Hybrid working mode.
- Premium healthcare package with PVI and comprehensive annual health check-ups
- Competitive salary & 13th salary bonus
