micro1 is engaging Fullstack Developers to contribute to an innovative customer project focused on building scalable web applications. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Scope of Work

• Design and implement dynamic user interfaces using React and Angular frameworks.
• Develop robust server-side logic and APIs leveraging Node.js and JavaScript.
• Integrate and optimize third-party APIs to ensure seamless function across the application stack.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by following best practices in modern web development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional participants to interpret project requirements and deliver efficient, modular solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases and integration points.
• Provide domain-specific feedback and insights to help enhance AI training datasets and model outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional full-stack experience with demonstrated expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Strong background in designing and deploying scalable, maintainable web applications.
• Proficiency with modern build tools and development workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and collaboration.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with complex data schemas.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end and back-end components effectively.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus.
