Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications
Analyze, maintain, and enhance complex Java code
Write and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and triggers
Utilize static code analysis and security scanning tools
Develop and maintain a suite of automated tests
Develop and manage system interfaces with multiple legacy systems
Create and maintain sophisticated reports using JasperReports
Collaborate with government stakeholders to develop and estimate user stories
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the system architecture and product roadmap
Leverage modern development practices, including AI-assisted tools
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Liaise with systems engineers, database administrators, and other technical teams

US Citizenship Required
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Secret Clearance
DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
6-8 years of professional experience in full-stack Java/J2EE software development
Strong proficiency with Oracle databases, including complex SQL and PL/SQL development
Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and working with data formats like XML and JSON
Strong experience with J2EE application servers such as JBoss or Tomcat
Proficiency with modern version control systems (e.g., GitLab, GitHub)
Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development methodology

Experience developing and deploying applications in an AWS GovCloud environment
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
Experience with DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipeline automation
Experience building applications with Oracle APEX
Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development
Familiarity with security and quality scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Fortify)
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium)
Experience with enterprise messaging systems like JBoss AMQ
Hands-on experience with JasperReports
Possess functional experience within a USAF or other DoD program environment
