Job Description

Responsibilities

• Own assigned ChatGPT and Claude product capabilities, enhancements, and operational workflows in partnership with the US product manager.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and execute backlog with US counterparts
• Coordinate sprint planning, UAT, release activities, and delivery tracking.
• Identify delivery risks and mitigation actions.
• Evaluate new ChatGPT and Claude models, features, administrative capabilities, integrations, connectors, and platform changes.
• Conduct hands-on testing of new capabilities and document functional, technical, operational, security, and governance considerations
• Own operational readiness for assigned releases, including RBAC configuration validation, UAT, documentation, support readiness, and post-release validation.
• Own day-to-day operations and manage the Tier 2 support queue for assigned platforms, including prioritization, issue investigation, resolution, escalation, and identification of recurring issues and improvement opportunities
• Support in creation, manage and monitor KPIs and metrics.
• Drive technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, resolving issues within the platform where appropriate and partnering with engineering teams on complex technical issues.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to platform configuration, technical troubleshooting, testing, automation, and evaluation of emerging AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned platforms and manage stakeholders.
• Coordinate with US Product Managers and platform administrators.
• Willingness to conduct primary research and understand end user perspectives.
• Translate platform testing, support trends, usage analytics, and user feedback into backlog priorities and product improvements.
• Execute manual and automated platform audits and maintain appropriate operational and governance evidence.
• Work closely on user onboarding and adoption initiatives.
• Analyze different platform metrics and derive insights
• Contribute to changing management and training.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Own release readiness and operational validation activities.
• Maintain operational procedures, configuration documentation, runbooks, and platform records.
• Actively participate is dashboard creation and publishing status reports.
• Track product metrics and derive insights to drive cost controls, user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication concepts, and API testing/debugging tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues using structured testing, logs, telemetry, configuration analysis, and platform administration tools
• Experience in managing and configuring enterprise SaaS or technology platforms.
• Strong Agile, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or Co-pilot
• Agile or Scrum certification
