Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Develop AI-powered assistants, chatbots, intelligent copilots, and document processing solutions
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through secure APIs
Apply predictive analytics, recommendation models, anomaly detection, and AI-driven decision support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions
Develop prompt engineering standards, AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and Responsible AI practices
Implement MLOps processes to support model deployment, monitoring, versioning, testing, and lifecycle management
Participate in Agile development activities
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Ensure AI solutions comply with Federal cybersecurity requirements
Support testing, performance optimization, security assessments, and production support

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
Minimum of 2 years developing enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions
Experience with Python
Experience with C#
Experience with JavaScript
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with SQL
Experience with REST APIs
Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with modern AI frameworks
Experience with LLMs
Experience with RAG
Experience with prompt engineering

Understanding of Agile methodologies
