Technical Product Owner

The Technical Product Owner serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting the delivery and sustainment of corporate systems, regulatory initiatives, integrations, and operational platforms.

This role combines product ownership, business analysis, and software development capabilities. In addition to gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting solution delivery, the Technical Product Owner is expected to contribute to development activities, system enhancements, integrations, automation initiatives, troubleshooting, and technical implementations whenever required

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Support backlog prioritization and Agile delivery activities.
• Partner with business teams, vendors, and developers to deliver technology solutions.
• Design and implement small to medium system enhancements, integrations, automations, and technical solutions.
• Participate in software development, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Support regulatory, operational, and business transformation initiatives.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation.

• Intermediate programming skills with ability to develop and maintain software solutions.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing practices, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
