About the team
The Smart Grid Technology Lab focuses on research in real-time simulation technologies, microgrid energy management, control systems, and other smart grid technologies. We apply cutting-edge technologies to the digital power industry. The lab has developed into a research organization with significant achievements and a strong impact in the industry.
About the job
- Design and develop AI tools and applications for smart grid and energy management systems.
- Integrate machine learning models into real-world software platforms
- Build scalable backend services and APIs for data processing, analysis, and control.
- Collaborate with researchers to translate algorithms into deployable solutions
- Work with large-scale data from simulations, sensors, and energy systems
- Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and deployment
About the ideal candidate
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and/or C++
- Experience with machine learning and up-to-date AI frameworks.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals (data structures, system design, APIs)
- Experience building production-level applications
- Basic understanding of power systems or smart grid concepts (preferred, not required)
