Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using Databricks AI research techniques
  • Own production rollouts of consumer and internal GenAI applications
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains
  • Present at conferences like Data + AI Summit as a thought leader
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap

Requirements

  • Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning
  • Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications with evaluation and optimization
  • Extensive industry data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch
  • Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience communicating and teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred

  • Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark
  • Willingness to travel once every 4-8 weeks to visit customers
