About the Role

We're looking for a Middle to Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join our growing automation team. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain robust automation solutions that deliver tangible business value to our global clients. You'll work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other automation engineers to analyze processes and deliver impactful RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Optimize and maintain existing automation, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process designs, user guides, and release notes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.
• Communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with RPA trends and best practices, proposing innovative ideas to improve our offerings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11 or A360).
• Solid understanding of RPA architecture, bot lifecycle, and exception handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B1+ level).
• Great interpersonal skills, proactivity, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in remote and cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Background in process analysis or business consulting

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) or API integrations.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) is a bonus.
