In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our Power Platform solutions in production environments. You will leverage your deep knowledge of observability, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations, while also driving innovation and enhancements through your understanding of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with the Power Platform.
What will you bring?
- 3-5 years of experience working in production and operational support roles, preferably supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
- 4-7 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Demonstrated expertise in observability, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting within complex technical environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (such as Azure Monitor, KQL, Application Insights, Power Platform Admin Center, Log Analytics, etc.).
- Solid understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, and developing effective resolution workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for operational tasks (Python, Azure CLI, or similar).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure Full Stack experience, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Data services.
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Fabric, including its architecture, integration, and its interplay with the Power Platform for data analytics, governance, and scalability.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
- Experience working within Agile or DevOps teams.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
What you can expect
- Monitor and manage Microsoft Power Platform environments, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and robust security.
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end observability solutions, including centralized logging, metrics, and distributed tracing for Power Platform components.
- Develop and configure effective monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify performance issues, outages, or abnormal system behaviors.
- Respond promptly to incidents and service interruptions, executing root-cause analysis and troubleshooting to restore services efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to continuously improve operational processes and system resilience.
- Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft Fabric within Power Platform solutions, optimizing data flows, governance, and analytics.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in using Microsoft Fabric to enhance Power Platform applications, ensuring seamless data integration and reporting.
- Document operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles for internal and cross-functional use.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations and support activities as needed to ensure production system uptime.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and related cloud technologies.
