Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications
Develop custom scoped applications
Configure and support ITSM modules
Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflow automations
Develop and support REST API integrations
Configure Integration Hub spokes and build automated integrations
Develop Scripted REST APIs and manage data integrations
Configure and maintain CMDB, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics
Support ServiceNow platform administration, including upgrades, patching, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements
Collaborate with teams to deliver enterprise solutions
Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures
Participate in code reviews
Provide production support and resolve application issues

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer/Administrator experience
Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
Strong experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Experience developing custom ServiceNow scoped applications
Experience building and maintaining REST API integrations
Experience with Scripted REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps
Experience with CMDB, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics
Strong JavaScript development skills
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience administering production ServiceNow environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with ServiceNow domain separation
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Okta SSO and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Experience working in cybersecurity or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environments
Government or public sector experience
Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3)
Experience with React, Node.js, Express.js, and full-stack web development
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred
Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD or CIS are a plus
